آليات تسيير الجماعات الإقليمية في الجزائر

Résumé: La gestion des collectivités territoriales est l’un des problèmes les plus importants sur la scène juridique, la principale raison étant l’importance croissante du rôle des collectivités territoriales dans la fourniture de services publics. Cela se fait en détaillant les moyens de gouvernance d’une part et les images de cette gestion de l’autre en montrant les différents aspects traditionnels et modernes de la gestion des collectivités territoriales en Algérie. The management of local collectivities is one of the most important issues on the legal scene, mainly due to the increasing importance of the role of local collectivities in the provision of public services, and considering that governance is based on a number of legal mechanisms, the subject of the thesis is to focus on the mechanisms of governance of local collectivities in Algeria, This is done by detailing the means of governance on the one hand and the images of this management on the other, by showing the various traditional and modern aspects of the management of local collectivities in Algeria. يعتبر تسيير الجماعات الإقليمية من أهم المواضيع المطروحة على الساحة القانونية والتي يعود السبب الرئيسي فيها إلى تزايد أهمية دور الجماعات الإقليمية في تقديم الخدمات العمومية، وعلى اعتبار أن التسيير يقوم على جملة من الآليات القانونية فإن موضوع الأطروحة جاء للتركيز على آليات تسيير الجماعات الإقليمية في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال التفصيل في وسائل التسيير من جهة وصور هذا التسيير من جهة أخرى، وذلك ببيان مختلف الجزئيات التقليدية والحديثة في تسيير الجماعات الإقليمية في الجزائر.
