تحليل العلاقة بين مؤشرات الحوكمة والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي ذي الفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ardl) خلال الفترة (1996-2018)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين مؤشرات الحوكمة والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، بالاستعانة بنموذج الانحدار الذاتي ذي الفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL)، باستخدام بيانات سنوية للفترة 1996-2018. اعتمدت الدراسة على مؤشرات الحوكمة العالمية التي تصدر عن البنك الدولي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن معظم هذه المؤشرات كانت ذات دلالة إحصائية على المدى الطويل، حيث أن هناك علاقة ارتباط إيجابية بين مؤشر فاعلية الحكومة، مؤشر الجودة التنظيمية ومؤشر المشاركة والمساءلة على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، في حين وجود علاقة سلبية بين مؤشر مراقبة الفساد ومؤشر الاستقرار السياسي على النمو الاقتصادي ، أما على المدى القصير فأظهر وجود علاقة إيجابية بين مؤشر مراقبة الفساد وعلاقة سلبية بين مؤشر سيادة القانون والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة. The aim of this study is to set the relationship between governance indicators and the economic growth in Algeria. Therefore, the Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model is used for annual data(1996-2018). The study is based on World Bank concerning the governance indicators. The study concluded that the majority of indicators are statistically significant basically in the long term. Hence, there is a positive relationship is between government effectiveness, regulatory quality, voice and accountability on the economic growth. Whereas, a negative relationship is between control of corruption, political stability and absence of violence on the economic growth in Algeria. In the short term, the study concluded a positive relationship between control of corruption and the economic growth, while there is a negative relationship between rule of law and the economic growth in Algeria
