الاتجار بالأطفال... قراءة تحليلية للميثاق الإفريقي لحقوق و رفاه الطفل الافريقي لعام 1990
Résumé: ملخص: لا شك أنّ جرائم الاتجار بالأطفال في افريقيا قد شهدت في السنوات الأخيرة تطورا كبيرا، لذلك تم اتخاذ العديد من الخطوات من ضمنها إبرام الميثاق الافريقي لحقوق و رفاه الطفل الافريقي لعام 1990. وفي هذه الدراسة سوف نقوم بإلقاء نظرة تحليلية على أهم الأحكام التي جاء بها هذا الميثاق لمكافحة هذا النمط الإجرامي، كما سنلقي الضوء على آلية تنفيذ هذا الميثاق وهي (اللجنة الإفريقية لخبراء حقوق ورفاه الطفل)، وقد ختمنا دراستنا هذه بخاتمة تضمنت النتائج و التوصيات. Abstract: There is no doubt that child trafficking crimes in Africa have witnessed a great development in recent years. Therefore, many measures were taken, including the 1990 African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the African Child. In this study, we will have an analytical look at the most important provisions of this charter to combat this criminal pattern; we will also shed light on the mechanism for implementing this charter, which is (the African Committee of Experts on the Child's Rights and Welfare), In conclusion, we present the proposed results and recommendations.
