مستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى موظفي مديرية المصالح الفلاحية لولاية غرداية The Level Of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Of The Agricultural Services Staff Of The Wilya Ghardaia

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى موظفي مديرية المصالح الفلاحية لولاية غرداية و معرفة الفروق حسب المتغيرات التالية : السن ،الجنس ،الأقدمية و لتحقيق الهدف من هذه الدراسة تم تطبيق استبانة سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية على عينة متكونة من 84 موظفا وموظفة من مديرية المصالح الفلاحية ، حيث توصلنا إلى مستوى متوسط لسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، وتبين أنه لا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير السن والجنس والأقدمية المهنية This study aimed at identifying the level of organizational citizenship behavior of the agricultural services staff of the wilya ghardaia ; Also identify differences by variable Age, sex, seniority , to achieve theses objectives, We have relied a series of methodology calactions, adopted the approach discripitive, the data collection tool a questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior , whereit has been established that of its psychometricpro perties (honesty, persistence) And then applyit to a sample It consisted of 84 staff members, we have the following results: The level of organizational citizenship behavior is average, There are no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational citizenship behavior attributable to the gender variant, to the variable age and to the variable of seniority.
