الرضا الوظيفي و علاقته بالولاء التنظيمي

Résumé: ملخص : يعد الرضا الوظيفي والولاء التنظيمي من المواضيع التي ينبغي أن تظل موضعا للبحث و الدراسة بين الفترة و الأخرى عند القادة و مشرفي الادارات و المهتمين بالتطوير الاداري في العمل . جاءت هذه الدراسة لمحاولة الكشف عن مدى مساهمة الرضا الوظيفي في تحقيق الولاء التنظيمي لدى الاطارات و ذلك انطلاقا من دراسة ميدانية أجريت على عينة عشوائية متكونة من 60 اطار بميناء الجزائر ، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي و اعتمدنا في جمع المعلومات على مقياسين الأول للرضا الوظيفي و الثاني لقياس الولاء التنظيمي. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة الى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين مؤشرات الرضا .الوظيفي و الولاء التنظيمي الكلمات المفتاحية: الرضا الوظيفي، الولاء التنظيمي، اطارات ميناء الجزائر . Abstract: The job satisfaction and the loyalty with in the organization are subjects that need to be researched and studied from time to time by leaders and managers and those who are intersted in manageri al developement in the work place .This study was done to determine how far the job satisfaction contributes to orgnizational loyalty. Based on a field study achieved on a sample of 60 executives in the port of Algiers, whileusing the descriptive approach, weused the data collection on the first measures of the job satisfaction and the second to measure the loyalty of the organization. The results of the study showed a lack of astatiscally significantcor relation between the indicators of the job satisfaction and the organizational loyalty.
