Optimisation De La Consommation D’énergie Dans Les Réseaux De Capteurs Sans Fil
Résumé: The work presented in this thesis falls within the framework of wireless sensor networks (WSN). They address one of the most important issues encountered by this type of network, namely energy consumption. In this work, we propose a new protocol named M_Bee_Colony (Modified Bee Colony) based on the Bee Colony algorithm to solve the problem of energy consumption in wireless sensor networks. The M_Bee_Colony protocol aims to reduce power consumption when transmitting the collected data to the base station (BS). In this proposed protocol, a strategy of building the chain connecting all network nodes based on certain principles of the bee colony algorithm in order to increase the energy efficiency and hence the overall lifespan of the network. We propose two scenarios of this protocol according to the selection criterion of the leader of the constructed chain. The simulation results show that our second scenario of our suggested M_Bee_Colony protocol minimizes the power consumption of the sensor nodes and extends the overall network lifetime compared to the first scenario
