Résumé: تميزت مدينة ورزازات في العقود الثلاثة الأخيرة بتوسع عمراني ضاحوي وعشوائي، وهو ما لم تتم مواكبته بتخطيط ملائم، فتجاوزت وتيرة النمو الديمغرافي وتيرة تدخل الدولة، فضعف التنسيق وعدم توفر رؤية مندمجة لتنمية هذا المجال، وغياب وثائق تخطيط وتدبير حضري تراعي خصوصياته، ساهما في تحويل تارميكت إلى مركز ضاحوي عشوائي. تتمثل إشكالية هذه الورقة في تحليل الآليات المتحكمة في النمو الحضري العشوائي بهوامش المدن بالمجال الواحي من خلال حال مركز تارميكت بضاحية مدينة ورزازات، وتقييم التدخلات الهادفة لتنمية المركز وتأطير نموه العمراني من خلال وثائق التخطيط الحضري. The city of Ouarzazat has been characterized in the last three decades by the expansion of a large and random age, which was not adequately planned, with the pace of demographic growth exceeding the pace of state intervention, poor coordination, lack of a consolidated vision for the development of this field, and the absence of special urban planning and planning documents, which contributed to the transformation of Tarmigt into a random center.
