دور سياسة تمويل الاستثمارات في تحسين الوضعية المالية للمؤسسات الصناعية دراسة حالة مجمع صيدال في فترة ما بين (2013/ 2015

Résumé: هدفت هده الدراسة الى معرفة السياسة التمويلية المتبعة من قبل المؤسسات الصناعية ، ودلك من خلال التعرف على أهم الطرق المتوفرة لتمويل المؤسسات من خلال الوضع المالي، ولمعالجة الإشكالية المطروحة تم الاعتماد المنهج الوصفي و النهج التحليلي ودلك لحساب و تحليل المؤشرات و نسب المالية باستخدام برنامج Exel وفقا للقوائم المالية وعلى هدا الأساس جاءت الدراسة كإسقاط الجانب النظري على مجمع صيدال لتحيل وضعها المالي و استنتاج مصادر تمويل التي تعتمد عليها داخليا و خارجيا لتمويل نشاطها خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين (2013 _2015) . و اظهرت النتائج أن السياسة المتبعة من طرف المؤسسة لتمويل استثماراتها هي التمويل الخارجي . The objective of this study is to know the financing policy adopted by the industrial institutions, and by identifying the most important methods available to finance the institutions through the financial situation. In order to address the problem presented, the descriptive approach and the analytical approach were adopted. For the financial statements, the study is based on the theoretical side of the complex to be transferred to the financial center and the conclusion of funding sources that depend on it internally and externally to finance its activities during the period 2013-2015. . The results showed that the MFI's policy to finance its investments is external financing.
