الحماية القانونية للطفل المصاب باضطراب عقلي أو نفسي

Résumé: يمر الإنسان خلال نموه بعدة مراحل،منها مرحلة الطّفولة التي تعد من أهم هذه المراحل، حيث أنّ الطفل يحتاج إلى من يفهمه ويسمعه، فمن حقه أن يعيش طفولته ويتمتع بها سواء كان طبيعيا في نموه أو مضطربا يعاني من أحد الاضطرابات النّفسية أو العقلية، أين ينبغي فهم طبيعة هذه الأمراض والتّفكير في اتخاذ إجراءات التدخّل اللازمة في الحالات المرتبطة بالأمراض العقلية والنّفسية. لهذا فمن حق الطفل على والديه أن يجنبانه المخاطر الصّحية والمضار الّنفسية والعقلية، حفاظا على صحته وسلامته، فلا يتضرر نموه البدني أو العقلي أو النّفسي أو يعاق تطوره الذّهني. Abstract: A person passes through several phases. The most important one is the childhood stage due to its special importance in the life of the individual, so that the child needs to be understood and heard, he has the right to live his childhood and enjoy it, whether his growth is normal or troubled or suffering from mental or psychological disorders. In this latter case, we should understand the nature of these diseases and consider the necessary interventions in cases associated with psychological illness and mental illness. Therefore, the child’s right to his parents is to avoid the risks health and psychological and mental harm, in order to preserve his health and safety, so that his physical, mental or psychological development is not impaired or hindered his mental development.
