الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية في عصر الذكاء الاقتصادي و العولمة الاقتصادية

Résumé: إن الحديث عن الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية في عصر العولمة الاقتصادية و بالتالي الذكاء الاقتصادي مرتبط ارتباطا وطيد بالعمل الدبلوماسي الذي عرفته البشرية خلال العصر الحالي و الوضع الدولي الراهن الذي فرضته جملة المتغيرات خاصة تلك التي عرفتها العلاقات الدولية الاقتصادية تزامنا مع انهيار الاتحاد السوفياتي و ظهور الأحادية القطبية التي بلورت العمل الدبلوماسي وفقا لما يخدم مصالحها حيث تم استحداث أساليب جديدة في اطار العمل الدبلوماسي لمواكبة الأحداث و كذا خدمة لمصالحها الاجتماعية و البيئية و السياسية و الاقتصادية للطرف الأقوى. كما تم توسيع مجالات التفاوض لتشمل عدة دول و منظمات حكومية وغير حكومية. إن الهدف من هذا البحث هو معرفة مدى تأثير كل من الذكاء الاقتصادي و العولمة الاقتصادية على طبيعة العمل الدبلوماسي الاقتصادي ،وما نتج عنه من تغيرات في سلوك الدبلوماسي ،وماهي الوظائف الجديدة في ظل البيئة الاقتصادية في الوقت الراهن . The talk of economic diplomacy in the era of economic globalization and therefore economic intelligence is closely linked to the diplomatic work known to humanity during the current era and the current international situation imposed by the various variables, especially those that were defined by international economic relations coincided with the collapse of the Soviet Union and the emergence of unipolar crystallized Diplomatic work in accordance with its interests, where new methods have been developed in the framework of diplomatic work to keep abreast of events and to serve the social, environmental, political and economic interests of the stronger party. Negotiations have also been expanded to include several States and governmental and non-governmental organizations. The purpose of this research is to examine the extent to which economic intelligence and economic globalization have affected the nature of diplomatic economic activity, the resulting changes in the conduct of the diplomat, and what are the new functions in the current economic environment
