دور التدقيق الداخلي في تفعيل عملية اتخاذ القرارات لهيئات الدعم دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب Ansej -باتنة-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التدقيق الداخلي في تفعيل عملية اتخاذ القرارات بالتركيز على نوع معين من المؤسسات والمتمثلة في هيئات الدعم، لما لها من دور كبير في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية وخاصة في السنوات الأخيرة، بهدف مساعدة أصحاب الأفكار وتجسيدها على أرض الواقع. ومن بين هذه الهيئات، نجد الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب ANSEJ -باتنة-، لما لها من دور كبير في توفير التمويل اللازم لإقامة المشاريع الاستثمارية الشبانية على مستوى الولاية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن التدقيق الداخلي هو المرجع الأساسي للمعلومات والبيانات الدقيقة لاتخاذ القرارات السليمة والمناسبة، وخاصة ما يتعلق بقرار منح التمويل من عدمه. الكلمات المفتاحية: التدقيق الداخلي، اتخاذ القرار، هيئات الدعم، الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب ANSEJ-باتنة-. Summary: The aim of this study to know the role of internal audit in activating the decision-making process by focusing on a particular type of institutions represented in the support bodies, as it has a big role in financing investment projects, especially in recent years, with a view to assisting the owners of ideas crystallized on the ground. Among these bodies, the national agency for the support of youth employment ANSEJ – batna–, which have a major role in providing the necessary funding to establish investment projects at the state level. The study concluded that the internal audit is the basic reference information and accurate data for sound decision-making and appropriate measures, in particular with regard to the decision to grant funding or not.
