إشكالية الازدواج اللغوي وانعكاساتها على الثقافة العربية

Résumé: المجتمع الجزائري من المجتمعات ذات التعدد اللغوي، اختلفت مظاهره باختلاف المستويات اللغوية، التي تشهد اليوم صراعا لغويا يظهر بصفة جلية بين اللغات الوطنية والمحلية، التي تشكل في ذلك ما يعرف بالازدواج اللغوي وهي تشكل قضية مركزية في الوقت الراهن، وذلك ان واقع الممارسة النقدية في عالمنا العربي المعاصر يتطلب بناء وعي جديد للنظر في هذه الإشكالية ومحاولة معالجتها. لذلك يكشف هذا البحث مسألة الازدواج اللغوي، من حيث ضبط مفاهيمه وتطوره تاريخيا، وعرض لأهم العوامل والأسباب التي أدت الى ظهوره من جهة وأوجه المشكلة فيه ومدى تأثيره السلبي على السياق الاجتماعي التربوي. لعرض جملة من الحلول الكفيلة لتجاوز أخطار الازدواجية أو التخفيف منها. Algerian society is a multilingual society, whose manifestations vary at different linguistic levels, which today witness a linguistic conflict that is evident between national and local languages, which is known as diglossia and is currently a central issue, as the reality of critical practice in the contemporary Arab world requires building a new awareness to consider this problem and try to address it. this research reveals the issue of diglossia, in terms of adjusting its concepts and its historical development, and presenting the most important factors and reasons that led to its emergence on the one hand and the faces of the problem in it and the extent of its negative impact on the social educational context. To present a number of solutions to overcome or mitigate the dangers of duplication.
