مدى ملاءمة جودة برامج التعليم العالي مع متطلبات سوق العمل (دراسة ميدانية بالمركز الجامعي أحمد زبانة غليزان)

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى ملاءمة جودة برامج التعليم العالي مع متطلبات سوق العمل. ولقد تم التوصل إلى أن جودة برامج التعليم العالي في التخصصات المفتوحة بالمركز الجامعي غليزان تتلاءم مع متطلبات سوق العمل بدرجة متوسطة وهو ما عبرت عنه نسبة 38.18)%) .كما توصلت أيضا إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين الطلبة تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي لصالح تخصص العلوم الدقيقة وعلوم الطبيعة والحياة في ملائمة جودة برامج التعليم العالي مع متطلبات سوق العمل. كما أظهرت أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين الطلبة تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة في ملاءمة جودة برامج التعليم العالي مع متطلبات سوق العمل. The study aimed to reveal the suitability of the quality of higher education programs with the requirements of the labour market. It was concluded that the quality of higher education programs in the open majors at the University Center Relizane corresponds to the requirements of the labour market to a medium degree, an average scale( 38.18%). It also found that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between students that are attributed The variable of academic specialization in favor of the specialization of exact sciences and natural and life sciences in matching the quality of higher education programs and the requirements of the labour market. It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between students due to the job variable in the suitability of the quality of higher education programs and the requirements of the labour market.
