التدقيق الخارجي كآلية لحوكمة الشركات وتحسين جودة القوائم المالية: دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من محافظي الحسابات
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التدقيق الخارجي كأحد آليات حوكمة الشركات ومعرفة دوره في تحسين جودة القوائم المالية، وذلك من خلال تحديد مفهوم التدقيق الخارجي وأهميته وأهدافه، وتوضيح ماهية القوائم المالية وخصائص جودتها، وكذلك معرفة دور التدقيق الخارجي في تحسين جودة القوائم المالية من وجهة نظر بعض محافظي الحسابات. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن التدقيق الخارجي كأحد آليات حوكمة الشركات له دور في تحسين جودة القوائم المالية من خلال مساهمته في تحسين ملاءمتها وموثوقيتها لاتخاذ القرارات المختلفة من قبل مستخدميها. The aim of this study is to highlight the external audit as one of the mechanisms of corporate governance and to know its role in improving the quality of the financial statements, by defining the external audit concept, its importance and objectives, and clarifying the nature of the financial statements and their quality characteristics. As well the role of external audit in improving the quality of financial statements from the point of view of some of certified accountants. The study concluded that the external audit as one of the mechanisms of corporate governance has a role in improving the quality of the financial statements through its contribution to improving the appropriateness and reliability of decision making by its users.
