Résumé: ملخص: حرصت الدول على حماية الملكية الصناعية ، مما أدى إلى التفكير إلى إنشاء منظمات ومؤسسات دولية تتكفل بحماية عناصر الملكية الصناعية التي تكون عرضة للاعتداء غير المشروع بشكل خاص ، وذلك من خلال توفير حماية فعالة عن طريق تفعيل الدور المؤسساتي للمنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية ، والمنظمة العالمية للتجارة اللتان لعبتا دورا كبيرا في حماية عناصر الملكية الصناعية. ABSTRACT: States were keen to protect industrial property, leading to the establishment of international organizations and institutions that would protect industrial property elements that were particularly vulnerable to unlawful abuse, by providing effective protection by activating the institutional role of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the World Trade Organization (WTO). They play ed a major role in the protection of industrial property elements.
