النقل البحري وعلاقته بترسيخ هيبة الدولة وقوة اقتصادها: دراسة تاريخية حول أسطول الجزائر العثمانية، ودوره في الحفاظ على مكانتها بالبحر أ.م وإنعاش اقتصادها.

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع النقل البحري، وعلاقته بترسيخ هيبة الدولة، وقوة اقتصادها وفق منظور تاريخي، حيث قمنا بإسقاط ذلك على الأسطول بالجزائر خلال العهد العثماني، والجدير بالذكر أن هذه الحركة –أي النقل البحري- ليست وليدة اليوم بل هي نتاج تجارب تاريخية سابقة في المجال، وكدليل على ذلك فإن أغل الحضارات القديمة المؤسسة على ضفاف البحر الأبيض المتوسط قد اعتمدت على النقل البحري في عدة ميادين، وقد تابعت شعوبه مسارها البحري فيه عبر مختلف العصور، والحقب الزمنية وصولا إلى يومنا هذا، ولعل الجزائر من أهم البلدان التي جاب أسطولها عباب البحر الأبيض المتوسط، خاصة في الفترة الحديثة أو ما يعرف تاريخيا "بالعهد العثماني"، رافعا راية الجهاد في سبيل الله ففرض لها مكانة هامة بهذا البحر، ووفر لها عوائد ساهمت هي الأخرى في ازدهار، ورخاء الحياة الاقتصادية بها، وهو ما توضحه لنا هذه الدراسة التاريخية التي تهدف إلى إبراز دور الأسطول في الحفاظ على مكانة الإيالة الجزائرية، وانتعاش اقتصادها. This study sheds light on the topic of the maritime transportation and its relation with imposing the prestige of the state and the power of its economy from a historical perspective. We projected this on the fleet in Algeria during the Ottoman era. It is worth mentioning that this movement –i.e. the maritime transportation- is not new because it is the outcome of previous historical experiences in the field. As a proof of this, most of the ancient civilizations that emerged on the banks of the Mediterranean relied on the maritime transportation in many fields. The peoples of the Mediterranean have followed the maritime path through time till today. Algeria is among the most important states whose fleet navigated through the Mediterranean mainly in the modern period, or what is known as “the Ottoman era” raising the flag of Jihad for the sake of God. Consequently, it imposed an important position in this Sea and provided many revenues that contributed to the blossom and welfare of the economic life as shown in this historical study that aims at showing the role of the fleet in preserving the status of the Algerian regency and the blossom of its economy
