النسق الدولي بين التغير والثبات: دراسة في طبيعة النسق الدولي على ضوء تطورات الحرب الروسية - الأكرانية 2022

Résumé: أثارت الحرب الروسية – الأكرانية في سنة 2022 جدلا واسعا في أوساط المتتبعين حول مدى تأثيرها في طبيعة التفاعلات الدولية القائمة، وفي هذا السياق تحاول هذه الدراسة الموسومة بعنوان "النسق الدولي بين التغير والثبات: دراسة في طبيعة النسق الدولي على ضوء تطورات الحرب الروسية - الأكرانية 2022" أن تبحث في انعكاسات الحرب بين روسيا وأكرانيا على طبيعة النسق الدولي القائم، ذلك أن طبيعة أي نسق دولي تحدد بناء على نوعية وكثافة التفاعلات بين وحداته. ولأجل معرفة درجة التأثير الذي تعرض له النسق الدولي جراء الحرب، اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج دراسة الحالة باعتباره يسمح لنا بالإحاطة بالموضوع وجمع أكبر قدر من المعلومات حوله، وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى أن النسق الدولي القائم استطاع أن يتكيف بشكل جيد مع مستجدات الحرب الروسية - الأكرانية. The Russian-Ukrainian war in 2022 sparked a wide debate among observers about its impact on the nature of the existing international interactions. To study the repercussions of the war between Russia and Ukraine on the nature of the existing international system, because the nature of any international system is determined based on the quality and intensity of interactions between its units. In order to know the degree of impact on the international system as a result of the war, the study relied on the case study approach as it allows us to take note of the topic and gather the largest amount of information about it. Finally, the study concluded that the existing international pattern was able to adapt well to the developments of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
