المناخ التنظيمي وأثره على التزام العاملين
Résumé: This study is entitled The Organisational Climat and its Impact on Algerie Post Employees in the Administrative Department of Timimoun. It aims at defining the different dimensions of the organisational environment such as: the rules and communication relationships with the related institutions, influential physical conditions, and financial stimuli. These factors have direct impact on employees’ behaviours and institutions’ objectives through offering adequate environment. Some light was shed on employees’ respect of order and organization by focusing on its most important definitions, characteristics, and influential factors. The main findings conclude this study via emphasizing on the importance of enhancing the working environment and its impact on employees’ respect of order and organization.
