المقاربة النقدية في الدراسات الأمنية

Résumé: تمحورت هذه الدراسة في تناول مفهوم الأمن وحقل الدراسات الأمنية وتطورها،و أشارت إلى التحولات التي طرأت على مفهوم الأمن،حيث تم عرض لأهم نظريات العلاقات الدولية التي تناولت مفهوم الأمن. لذلك تأتي هذه الدراسة بأنها تستعرض النظريات التقليدية (الواقعية–الليبرالية–الماركسية)،والنظريات الحديثة مثل(البنائية–ما بعد الحداثة–النسوية–النقدية) ودورها في تعريف مفهوم الأمن.وكان التركيز في هذه الدراسة عن المقاربة النقدية ودخولها مجال التنظير في الدراسات الأمنية.وقد حددت مشكلة الدراسة بسؤال رئيسي:كيف ساهمت المقاربة النقدية في إحداث نقلة ابستيمولوجية و انطولوجية في الدراسات الأمنية؟ وقدمت الدراسة تحليلا معمقا للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة الفرعية من خلال فصولها. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة أبرزها: أن مفهوم الأمن لا يزال يشكل جدالا كبيرا على مستوى الحوارات النظرية.وأن المقاربة النقدية وعلى عكس إسهامها العام في العلوم الاجتماعية وحقل العلاقات الدولية، فإنها ركزت على الجوانب الأنطولوجية في حقل الدراسات الأمنية بتأكيدها على أهمية الفرد باعتباره وحدة تحليل مركزية وليست الدولة مع ضرورة انعتاقه من كل القيود التي تحول دون تمتعه بالأمن، وكل هذا جاء مخالفا للتوجهات النظرية التقليدية لنصل إلى ما سمي : الدراسات الأمنية النقدية. Study Summary: This study focused on the concept of security and the field of security studies and its development. She also referred to the changes in the concept of security. The main theories of international relations dealing with the concept of security were presented. Thus, this study presents a review of traditional theories (realism - liberalism - Marxism), modern theories such as (constructuvisme - postmodernism - feminism – critical theory) and its role in defining the concept of security. The focus of this study was on the critical approach and its entry into the field of endoscopy in security studies. This study identified the problem of study with a key question: How did the monetary approach contribute to an epistemological and ontological shift in the security studies ? The study provided an in-depth analysis of the answers to the sub-study questions through their chapters. The study concluded that the concept of security is still a big debate at the leval of theoritical dialogues. And that he critical approach, unlike its general contribution to social sciences and the field of international relations, focused on the ontological aspects of the field of security studies by emphasizing the importance of the individual as a central unit of analysis and not the state, and the need to free him from all restrictions that privant his security.
