الأداء المالي ومحدداته في المؤسسات الإقتصادية الجزائرية(دراسة حالة مؤسسة فيروفيال عنابة للفترة 2015-2019)

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم، قياس و تفسير الأداء المالي لمؤسسة فيروفيال بغرض الكشف عن مواطن القوة و الضعف للمؤسسة و السعي إلى إيجاد حلول للمشاكل المالية ثم تفسير العوامل المحددة لهذا الأداء، استخدمت الدراسة بداية مجموعة من النسب، الطرق و المؤشرات التي تتناسب مع الدراسة و ثم طريقة التحليل العاملي للكشف عن العوامل المحددة للأداء المالي المحقق من قبل المؤسسة المدروسة بالإعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائيspss23و ذلك للفترة 2015 إلى 2019 و ذلك على بيانات من نوع سلاسل زمنية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأداء المالي لمؤسسة فيروفيال دون المستوى المقبول، و يفسر الأداء المالي المحقق من قبل المؤسسة بعدة عوامل و هي : التوزان المالي، السياسة الاستثمارية، الأداء الاقتصادي، الملاءة و اليسر المالي، السياسة التشغيلية للمؤسسة، التمويل الذاتي، المردودية الاقتصادية و المالية. Abstract: We aim through this study to evaluate, measure and explain the financial performance of Ferrovial Corporation in order to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the institution and seek to find solutions to financial problems and then explain the determinants of this performance. The study used the beginning of a set of ratios, methods and indicators that fit with The study and then the factor analysis method to reveal the determining factors of the financial performance achieved by the studied institution based on the statistical program spss23 for the period 2015 to 2019 based on time series data. The study concluded that the financial performance of Ferrovial Corporation is below the acceptable level, and the financial performance achieved by the corporation is explained by several factors, namely: financial balance, investment policy, economic performance, solvency and financial ease, operating policy of the corporation, self-financing, and economic and financial profitability.
