Résumé: تهدف الدراسة للإحاطة بمختلف الجوانب المفاهيمية لمصطلح الأخبار الزائفة Fake news الذي أصبح يشكل هاجسا للعالم خاصة في ظل التحول الرقمي والتكنلوجي الجديد، وتوضيح مختلف المفاهيم المتداخلة معه، بالإضافة إلى إبراز مخاطر انتشار الأخبار الزائفة خلال جائحة كورونا، حيث تشكل خطرا حقيقيا على الصحة العامة للأفراد. وتقترح الدراسة تفعيل مجموعة من الإجراءات الوقائية مثل إطلاق برامج لنشر المعلومات الصحيحة حول الوباء، وتطوير خوارزميات لفرز المحتوى الرقمي، كما يسمح تنفيذ الإجراءات الجزائية في ردع المروجين لهذه الأخبار. Abstract: This study aims to take stock of various conceptual aspects of the term Fake news in the light of the new digital and technological transformation and clarify various concepts that overlap with it. In addition to highlighting the dangers of Fake news during the COVID-19 pandemic, which poses a real threat to the public health of individuals. To this end, a series of strategies proposed to limit the spread of fake news through social media. The study proposes to activate a range of preventive actions to limit the spread of fake news through social media. Such as launching programs to disseminate correct information about the epidemic, and developing algorithms to triage the digital content to sort digital content, and implementation penal procedures in deterring promoters of this news.
