أنماط العنف ضد المرأة وسبل الحماية القانونية (حسب التشريع الوطني الجزائري)

Résumé: يشكل العنف ضد المرأة مشكلا كبيرا في حياتها، ولا يرتبط هذا العنف كما يبدو للأذهان بالإيذاء البدني فقط كالاعتداء بالضرب بل يمكن أن نصنّف العديد من أنواع العنف ضدها العنف النفسي والعنف الجنسي والعنف الاقتصادي، ولا يقتصر على الأسرة كحيز مصغر، بل يشمل نطاق أوسع في المجتمع ككل في الشارع وفي وسائل النقل وأماكن العمل، بل اصبح حتى في العالم الافتراضي (العولمة) عبر الهاتف أو عبر مواقع التواصل أو التشاش الاجتماعي، وكسبيل لحماية المرأة من هذا العنف الذي أصبح ظاهرة ومشكلة عالمية مثلها مثل الارهاب، حرصت الدول على تضمين تشريعاتها الوطنية بقوانين تكفل للمرأة حقوقها بتجريم كل أشكال العنف والتمييز ضدها من قبل المجتمع الذكوري خاصة الذي مازال ينظر اليها بنظرة قاصرة. Violence against women is a big problem in her life ,this violence appears to the mind that it is linked of physical abuse only such as beating, but it can be many kinds of violence like psychological, sexual and economic violence, that actions are not limited to the family space also includes a wide range of society as a whole, in the street and in media transports and places of work…, it is not stopped here but extends to the sibirian space such as social networking sites, and as a way to protect women from violence, which has become a global problem, it is not deferent about terrorism. and all countries are eager to include national legislation to ensure women's rights by criminalizing all forms of violence and discrimination against women from private male-dominated society, which still see her by deficient glance.
