التأهيل الأكاديمي في أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات السورية: الواقع والرؤية المستقبلية

Résumé: تعدّ التقنيات والتكنولوجيا الحديثة جزء لا يتجزأ من تخصص علم المكتبات والمعلومات فهو بحاجة إلى متابعة دائمة لآخر التطورات , خاصة التقنيات التي أفرزتها الثورة الصناعية الرابعة مثل انترنت الأشياء وتقنيات الذكاء الصناعي والتي سيكون لها تأثير كبير على المهنة وعلى أداء أخصائي المعلومات وعلاقته بالمستفيدين , حيث إن هذه الثورة تتميز باتساع نطاقها لتشمل كل مناحي الحياة , ومنها مؤسسات المعلومات التي أصبح لزاماً عليها أن تتطور ويتغير أسلوب عملها , وهو ما نسميه بالتحول الرقمي , وعليه سيناقش البحث بشكل أساسي واقع المناهج الدراسية لأقسام المكتبات والمعلومات السورية بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي , بدءاً بوصف البرامج الدراسية الحالية , وتحليلها , مروراً بتحديد مدى تلبيتها لمتطلبات السوق من جهة والتطورات الحالية من جهة أخرى , وبالتركيز على التحديات التي تواجه أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات السورية , وانتهاءً باقتراح خطة دراسية تلبي الاحتياجات المتجددة لسوق العمل . Techniques and modern technology are an integral part of the specialization of library and information science, as it needs constant follow-up to the latest developments, especially the technologies produced by the fourth industrial revolution such as the Internet of things and artificial intelligence technologies, which will have a significant impact on the profession and on the performance of the information specialist and his relationship with the beneficiaries, as these The revolution is characterized by its wide scope to include all aspects of life, including information institutions, which have become imperative to develop and change their method of work, which is what we call digital transformation, and accordingly the research will mainly discuss the reality of the curricula of the Syrian library and information departments based on the descriptive and analytical approach, Starting with describing the current study programs and analyzing them, passing by determining the extent to which they meet market requirements on the one hand and current developments on the other hand, and focusing on the challenges facing the Syrian library and information departments, and ending with proposing a study plan that meets the renewed needs of the labor market.
