ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة الجزائرية - مجمع صيدال-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأهميتها وبيان أهم المقاربات التي تناولتها، إذ لقيت المسؤولية الاجتماعية اهتماما كبيرا من طرف الباحثين والمهتمين ولقد عرف هذا المصطلح تطورات عديدة، إذ أن مناقشة المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة من المواضيع التي أثارت جدلا كبيرا في الأوساط العلمية والأكاديمية وطرحت وجهات نظر متعددة مثلت مقاربات مختلفة. كما تحاول هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى إبراز واقع ممارسة المؤسسة الجزائرية التي عملت على تحقيق الأداء الاقتصادي من خلال تعظيم أرباحها، علاوة على تحقيق الأداء الاجتماعي والبيئي الذي يهدف إلى تعظيم المساهمة الاجتماعية للمؤسسة– حالة مجمع صيدال-. This study aimed to know the concept of social responsibility and its importance and to explain the most important approaches that it dealt with, as social responsibility has received great attention from researchers and interested people, and this term has known many developments, as the discussion of the social responsibility of the institution is one of the topics that raised great controversy in the scientific and academic circles and points Multiple perspectives represented different approaches . This study also tries to highlight the reality of the practice of the Algerian corporation, which worked to achieve economic performance by maximizing its profits, in addition to achieving social and environmental performance aimed at maximizing the social contribution of the enterprise - the case of the Saidal Foundation-.
