دور المسير المالي في تحسين الاداء المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة دراسة عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة لولاية ورقلة

Résumé: تعالج دراستنا اشكالية تحديد دور المسير المالي في تحسين الاداء المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ، حيث تهدف الى معرفة واقع تطبيق التسير المالي في المؤسسات محل الدراسة ، وكذا مهام وكفاءات المسير المالي . ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة مكونة من 34 مؤسسة صغيرة و متوسطة في ولاية ورقلة ، كما اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لأغراض الدراسة ، كما تم الاستعانة بعدد من الاختبارات الاحصائية لاثبات مدى صحة فرضيات البحث باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي spss ، توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مفادها ان هناك ارتباط قوي بين كفاءات المسير المالي و الاداء المالي وهذا مايؤدي الى تحسين الاداء المالي ، كما تبين لنا اهتمام المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة بتطبيق التسير المالي ( التخطيط المالي و تقييم الاداء ). Our study deals with the problem of determining the role of the financial path in improving the financial performance of small and medium enterprises. It aims to know the reality of applying financial management in the institutions studied and the functions and competencies of the finanacial path. To achive the objectives of the study ,we conducted a field study on a sample of 34 small and medium enterprises in the state of Ourgla . We also used a number of statistical computations to prove the validity of the hypotheses using the statistical program spss. The study found that there is a strong correlation between the efficiency of the financial process and the financial performance and this leads to the improvement of financial performance ,as shown by the interest of small and medium enterprises to implement financial management (financial plan and performance evaluation )
