Résumé: In The Name of Alah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful. The subject of this research deals with the explanation of the reserves at the Malikis. I have reviewed in this research the trick of reserve and explanation down to the concept of reasoning in reserve, and that the reserve is of the origins of the Malikis. Also, I presented the relationship between him and the filling of pretexts, the sponsors of disagreement and the consideration of the fate. In addition, I presented practical models to explain reseeve in the malikia. At the end, here is the most important findings: 1 - The reserve is originally considered to be one of the most important origine among the scholars of the sects and the expansion of the Malikis in working on it. 2- The appropriate conventional definition of reserve is: "Not to be careful not to fall into an end, or leave a bailiff On suspicion of '." 3- Most scholars worked with reserve, especially the Maliki scholars, and included it in their works, the Malikis and other reserve work. 4- The appropriate conventional definition of the reasoning of precautions ("make the hard worker only aware of the branches, and the jurisprudential processes of jurisprudence, when the text is not available."
