Résumé: ملخص: الأطفال زينة الحياة الدنيا، وهم أحباب الله على هذه الأرض وشمعة المستقبل، عنيت الشريعة الإسلامية بحمايتهم والمحافظة عليهم. ولما كانت فئة اللقطاء جزءا لا يتجزأ من هذه الشريحة الضعيفة في المجتمع، ونظرا لما يعانيه هؤلاء اللقطاء من قسوة الحياة وصعوبة الظروف، كان من الواجب والأولى إحاطتهم بالعناية والرعاية التي تحفظ لهم عيشهم وكرامتهم حاضرا ومستقبلا، بداية من التقاطهم والعمل على معرفة نسبهم، وإلحاقهم بمن ادعى نسبهم إن أمكن ذلك، إلى رعايتهم وكفالتهم، وتحقيق دمجهم في المجتمع مستقبلا، هذا ما حرص المشرع الجزائري عليه وكرسه في منظومته القانونية، من خلال احتوائه لفئة اللقطاء ومجهولي النسب بصفة عامة، مع توفير الرعاية بكفالتهم وحمايتهم.
