الثقافة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الجزائرية من التأسيس النظري إلى الحقل الامبريقي

Résumé: ملخص: هناك جدل علمي بين العلماء والباحثين حول طبيعية ودينامكية الثقافة التنظيمية على مستوى المؤسسة الجزائرية ، من خلال البحوث والدراسات الحقلية حولها.كونها تعبر عن منطق السلوك التنظيمي لدى العمال والإستراتجية العامة التي صاغتها المؤسسة، إذ تحمل في طياتها قيم تنظيمية تعمل على تحقيق تنسيق بين العمليات الأساسية ومتطلبات البيئة الخارجية، بما فيها النسق الثقافي العام للمجتمع المحلي . كل هذا يرسم معالم صورة الهوية المهنية للعامل الجزائري، و يحقق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة للمؤسسة ككل . وعليه نحاول في دراستنا الراهنة استقراء التراث النظري ومختلف الدراسات الميدانية لثقافة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الجزائرية . الكلمات المفتاحية : الثقافة التنظيمية ،القيم الثقافية .القيم الاجتماعية. المؤسسة Summary: There is scientific debate between scholars and researchers about the nature and dynamism of organizational culture at the level of the algerian institutions,though the researches and the different studies about it. As it expresses the logic of the organizational behavior of workers and the general strategy formulated by the institution , because it carries with it organizational values that work to achieve coordination between the basic operations and the requirements of the extemal environment, including the general culture pattem of the local communty. All this draws the feature of the professional identity of the algerian worker, and achieves a sustainable competitive advantage for the institution as a whole Therefore, we try in our current study to extrapolate the previous informations and the various field studies of organizational culture in the algerian institution Keywords: organizational culture, culture values, social values, enterprise.
