معاهدة الصلح بين الجزائر واسبانيا سنة 1791.

Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: يندرج هذا المقال ضمن العلاقات السياسية بين الجزائر العثمانية ومملكة اسبانيا التي عرفت معاهدتين متقاربتين زمانا وهما معاهدة 1786 ومعاهدة 1791. هذه الأخيرة، كانت موضوع مقالنا، وهي تتعلق بموقعين ساحليين متجاورين في غرب الجزائر، حيث حرصت اسبانيا على احتلالهما وهما مدينة وهران وميناء المرسى الكبير اللذين تحررا نهائيا بموجب معاهدة الصلح بين الدولتين سنة 1791، والجديد في هذا المقال أننا ارتكزنا على نص المعاهدة باللغة العثمانية، ثبتناه كملحق، وقمنا بترجمته إلى اللغة العربية، مع تقديم توضيحات تاريخية حول أسباب المفاوضات ومسارها ونتائج المعاهدة المحققة . الكلمات المفتاحية: الجزائر العثمانية؛ اسبانيا؛ وهران؛ المرسى الكبير؛ المعاهدات؛ الصلح؛ الباي محمد الكبير؛ الداي حسن. ABSTRACT : The topic of this paper is about the political relationship between the ottoman Algeria and Spain, according to the two treaties of 1786 and 1791. These treaties were closed in time, however, they were a result of the liberation of two of the western coastline cities in ottoman Algeria : Oran and Mers El Kebir. The historical events are well knewn but what is new in this artical is the original text of the treaty in Ottoman language translated into arabic language. After the translation of the text, I have added a commentary and analysings of the circonstances of the traties, according to historical sources and scientific researchs, however the historical circonstances of the events, the process of negotiations and the consequences of the treaty was studied.
