مدى تطبيق ونجاح التمويل التأجيري في البنوك الإسلامية -دراسة حالة – بنك البركة الجزائري للفترة الممتدة بين2010-2014

Résumé: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة مدى تطبيق ونجاح التمويل التأجيري في البنوك الإسلامية، باعتبار التمويل التأجيري أحد أفضل البدائل المتاحة أمام المؤسسات لقلة تكلفته، ومن أجل إبراز ذلك تم القيام بدراسة تطبيقية تحليلية على بنك البركة الإسلامي كنموذج باستخدام الانحدار الخطي البسيط. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري والتطبيقي مستعينين بالبرنامج الإحصائي EViews 7 وبرنامج Excel 2007، وبعد تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج، من جهة المؤجر يعد بنك البركة الجزائري ورغم أقدميته في هذا المجال، لا يقدم أفضل صيغ هذا العقد كما أنه لا يحتل المرتبة الأولى في اكتساح سوق الإيجار This study aimed to highlight the extent and effectiveness of Finance leas in Islamic banks, cause Finance leas considered one of the best available alternatives for companies for low cost. In order to highlight this, an analytical study was conducted on Al Baraka Islamic Bank as a model. The descriptive approach was used in the theoretical and inductive methods in the applied side, using the EViews 7 and Excel 2007 program. After analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses, a number of results were reached. On the lessor's side, Al Baraka Bank of Algeria, despite its seniority in this field, This contract is also not ranked first in the sweep of the rental market. On the tenant's side, Finance leas are not a substitute for other financing methods but rather a complement to it.
