دراسة تحليلية لصادرات الجزائر خارج قطاع المحروقات في ظل الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتصدير 2011-2022

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع ترقية عمليات التصدير خارج قطاع المحروقات في ظل الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتصدير، تطرقنا إلى ضرورة الاهتمام والرفع من الصادرات غير النفطية كوسيلة لتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي وتحقيق الاستدامة والاستقلالية المالية للجزائر ، تم تحليل الجوانب الاقتصادية من خلال تحليل كفاءة الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتصدير ودورها في الرفع من حجم الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات. تركز هذه الدراسة على أهمية توجيه الجهود نحو تعزيز البيئة الاقتصادية للبلد لتحسين وتثمين فرص التصدير خارج المحروقات وتحقيق التطور والازدهار الاقتصادي وكذا تعزيز الاستقلالية المالية للبلد. استخدمنا خلال هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، توصلنا الى انه توجد علاقة طردية قوية بين الإستراتيجية الوطنية للتصدير للفترة 2019-2022 والقرارات الحكومية، وبين حجم وقيمة الصادرات الجزائرية خارج قطاع المحروقات، حيث ساهمت بشكل كبير في ترقيتها وزيادة قيمتها. This study addresses the issue of promoting export operations outside the oil sector in light of the national export strategy. It tackles the importance of increasing non-oil exports as a means of promoting economic growth and achieving sustainability and financial independence for Algeria. This article has analyzed the various economic aspects of the national export strategy and its role in increasing the volume of exports outside the fuel sector. The present study focuses on the importance of directing efforts towards strengthening the country's economic environment to improve export opportunities outside the fuel sector for achieving economic development and prosperity in the country. This growth in exports leads Algeria to straighten its national sovereignty and financial independence. the descriptive analytical approach has been used to conduct this study. The results show that there is a significant increase in the national exports outside the fuel sector during the period of 2019-2022 due to the efficiency of the national export strategy
