مشروع الكونية الشمولية راهنا -أو أشكال التواصل في عالم معولم-

Résumé: إنّ العولمة لا تضع الثقافات جميعا على قدم المساواة نظرا للتفاوت الاقتصادي والتكنولوجي بينها. فالغرب الأوروبي والأمريكي هو الذي ابتكر وسائل الاتصال وشبكة المعلومات، فهو الذي يسيطر على العقارات والمحيطات وينتج مضامينها التليفزيونية والإعلامية والمعلوماتية فيحولها بذلك إلى أدوات تعبير عن قيمة الثقافة الخاصة مقدما إياها على أنّها كونية. كما أنّ غياب التواصل الذي قادت إليه العولمة فعليا، واستغلال الغرب لتفوقه الاقتصادي والسياسي والعلمي والعسكري ليعولم ثقافة باسم الكوني قد أدى إلى مقاومة عنيدة من قبل الثقافات الأخرى باسم المحافظة على خصوصيتها وتأصيل هويتها، ممّا أدى إلى مأزق سمته العنف والعنف المضاد. منه، فالعولمة وإن كانت قد أتاحت وسائط جديدة لتواصل أفضل بين الثقافات، فإن علاقات الهيمنة التي تحركها تفوق ذلك وتحول إمكانيات التواصل إلى اتصال أحادي يفرض باسم القوة خصوصية ثقافية معيّنة باسم الكوني، غير أنّه لا ينبغي الاستسلام لذلك إذ على الثقافات أن تتعامل ايجابيا مع الإمكانيات التكنولوجية والعلمية الجديدة وتحافظ على رهان التواصل ضد أشكال الهيمنة والإقصاء. Globalization does not all cultures on an equal footing because of technological and economic disparity between the two. The Western European and American is the man who invented the means of communication and information network, which is controlled by real estate and ocean and produces television and media content and information to the transformed into tools of expression on the value of their own culture as universal.
