Résumé: This study aims to assess the reality of financial inclusion in the Algerian banking sector and the strategy of commercial banks to enhance financial inclusion and to stand on the levels of financial and banking inclusion provided by Algerian banks. It was divided into three chapters, two theoretical chapters and the third a case study The study concluded that the central bank is the locomotive that drives financial inclusion along with commercial banks due to the existence of a complementary relationship between them, and that the contribution of the banking sector in enhancing the degree of financial inclusion is medium due to the slow banking intermediation provided by the banking sector, and the lack of progress in the banking industry, And the absence of effective efforts by the Bank of Algeria, with the exception of Islamic banking, due to the lack of a clear strategy.
