واقع التحضر في الجزائر

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى تحليل وتفسير ظاهرة التحضر والنمو الحضري في الجزائر، حيث عرفت الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة ظاهرة حضرية جديدة وهي التحضر السريع الذي ظهر في الجانب المادي واللامادي، وذلك نتيجة العديد من العوامل والأسباب التاريخية، الإقتصادية، الإجتماعية والثقافية، هذا التحضر التي خلف آثاراً ايجابية وسلبية على المجالات العمرانية الريفية، الحضري، ونجمت عنه مشكلات عمرانية وإجتماعية كثيرة تركت المدن الجزائرية تتخبط فيها، ومن أهمها مشكلة الإسكان، الكثافة السكانية، البطالة، المشكلات الإجتماعية مثل الإنحراف والجريمة، هذا فضلاً عن المشكلات الثقافية. وعليه حاولنا في هذا المقال التطرق إلى ماهية التحضر، وعوامله وأسبابه، ومن ثمة التعرض إلى مراحل التحضر في الجزائر، والإنعكاسات السلبية والإيجابية الناجمة عنه، والمشكلات الناتجة عن التحضر والنمو الحضري السريع والمتزايد، وخلصنا في الأخير إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الجزائر لا زالت تقوم بتخطيط الاستراتيجيات والسياسات الحكومية بقصد متابعة النمو الحضري ولا سيما في المن الكبرى. Through this article, we aim to analyze and explain the phenomenon of urbanization and urban growth in Algeria, as Algeria has recently known a new urban phenomenon, which is rapid urbanization that appeared in the material and immaterial aspects, as a result of many historical, economic, social and cultural factors and causes, this urbanization, which left positive and negative effects on the urban, rural, and urban areas, and resulted in many urban and social problems that left Algerian cities floundering in them, the most important of which are the problem of housing population density, unemployment, social problems such as delinquency and crime, This is in addition to cultural problems. Accordingly, we have tried in this article to address the nature of urbanization, its factors and causes, and from there exposure to the stages of urbanization in Algeria, the negative and positive repercussions resulting from it, and the problems resulting from urbanization and rapid and increasing urban growth, Finally, we came to the conclusion that Algeria is still planning government strategies and policies with a view to pursuing urban growth, especially in major cities.
