موانع الزواج في الفقه الاسلامي وقانون الاسرة الجزائري
Résumé: إن موضوع موانع الزواج من المواضيع التي ترتبط ارتباط وثيقا بالأسرة باعتبارها هي الركيزة الأساسية لبناء المجتمع ، وقد كان الإشكال الرّئيس فيها هو ماهي أصناف الّنساء التي جاء الفقه الإسلامي وقانون الأسرة الجزائري على تحريمها ؟ وقد حاولت أن أتناول هذه الدراسة من خلال فصلين : الأول بعنوان موانع الزواج المؤبدة والثاني بعنوان موانع الزواج المؤقتة ، وتوصلت بعد ذلك إلى أن الزواج بهؤلاء المحرمات من النساء يؤدي إلى اختلاط الأنساب ، وانتشار الأمراض .The impediments of marriage was one of the most important issues which related to the family, because it is the component of society. The main question was what were the forbidden women in Islamic jurisprudence and the Algerian family law. The study dealt with the topic through two chapters, the first one concerned the prohibited women , and the second one referred to temporarily prohibited ones, at the length Marriage with forbidden ones was of the causes of the mixing of genealogies and the spread of diseases
