العنف ضد الزوج - الأسباب والنتائج - Violence Against The Husband - Causes And Consequences –

Résumé: إن الواقع الذي يشهد بوجود نساء معنفات من طرف أزواجهن هو نفسه يشهد بوجود رجال معنفين من طرف زوجاتهم، والعنف ضدّ الزوج يعد في المجتمعات العربية من الطابوهات المحرمة التي لابد أن لا يتعداها أحد، وهذا ما جعل المشرع الجزائري أيضا ينقاد وراء هذه الحجة البالية ويمتنع عن وضع مواد يحمي بهـا الزوج من عنف زوجته مثلما فعل بالنسبة لـلزوجة حين حمـاها بترسانة من النصوص القانونية ذات العقوبات المشدّدة بموجب القانون 15/19. نتيجة لذلك حظيت هذه الظاهرة بتعتيم قانوني واجتماعي وإعلامي واسع، الأمر الذي يدق ناقوس الخطر باحتمال تفاقمها. The reality of the existence of women who are abused by their husbands is the same as the presence of men who are abused by their wives. Violence against the husband is considered in Arab societies as taboo, This is why the Algerian legislator is also criticized for this obsolete argument and refrains from placing material to protect the husband from his wife's violence as he did for the wife when she protected her with many legal texts with severe penalties under Law 15/19. As a result, this phenomenon has been characterized by a wide legal, social and media blindness, which causes the danger of a worsening of the alarm
