تقييم سياسة الانفاق العام و دوره في النمو الاقتصادي دراسة حالة الجزائر 2017.2010.

Résumé: يعتبر الانفاؽ العا من اىم ادوات السياسة اتظالية من اجل دعم النمو الاقتصادي، بحيث يساىم في تنشيط الطلب الكلي الذي يؤدي بدوره الى رفع الطاقة الانتاجية في الاقتصاد الوطتٍ و من ثم زيادة الناتج المحلي. و تهدؼ ىذه الدراسة 2017 (.و توصلنا من خلاؿ - الى تقيم سياسة الانفاؽ العا و دوره في النمو الاقتصادي دراسة حالة اتصزائر ) 2010 ىذه الدراسة الى اف الانفاؽ العا في اتصزائر يؤثر في النمو الاقتصادي و حجم ىذا التأثتَ يتعلق بمدى تدخل الدولة في سياسة الانفاؽ العا و التي يعتمد حجم تدخلها على سعر المحروقات في الأسواؽ العاتظية مع العلم أف الاقتصاد اتصزائري اقتصاد ريعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: إنفاؽ عا، تفو اقتصادي، اقتصاد جزائري، سياسة مالية. Abstract: The public spending is one of the most important tools of fiscal policy so as to back the economic growth, thus contributing to Activate total demand, which in turn raises the production capacity in the national economy and thus increases the gross domestic product (GDP). This study aims to evaluate the public expenditure policy and its role in economic growth the case study of Algeria (2010-2017). We found that public expenditure in Algeria affects economic growth and the extent of this influence is related to the extent of the state intervention in the spending policy that depends on the size of its intervention on the price of fuel in the world markets with the knowledge that the Algerian economy is economy rent. keywords: Public spending, economic growth, Algerian economy, fiscal policy
