تكامل الذكاء الاصطناعي مع رأس المال الفكري: التحديات والفرص

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا إلى الكشف عن كيفية تعزيز الذكاء الاصطناعي للأصول غير الملموسة ، مما يُحدث تحولًا جوهريًا في أداء المؤسسات. نستعرض في هذا البحث أيضًا التحديات الرئيسية التي تواجه الشركات في تبني الذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن استراتيجيات إدارة رأس المال الفكري، بما في ذلك التكلفة العالية، نقص المهارات المتخصصة، والمخاوف المتعلقة بحماية البيانات والخصوصية. يُقدّم البحث حلولًا واستراتيجيات عملية تساعد المؤسسات على تجاوز هذه التحديات، مما يمكّنها من الاستفادة القصوى من تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الاصطناعي، رأس المال الفكري، الابتكار المؤسسي، الكفاءة التشغيلية، التعلم الآلي، معالجة اللغة الطبيعية، حماية البيانات. Abstract Our study aims to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) enhances intangible assets such as skills and knowledge (human capital), organizational systems and structures (structural capital), and external relationships (relational capital), resulting in a fundamental transformation in organizational performance. This research also addresses the main challenges that companies face when adopting AI within intellectual capital management strategies, including high costs, a shortage of specialized skills, and concerns related to data protection and privacy. The study provides practical solutions and strategies to help organizations overcome these challenges, enabling them to maximize the benefits of AI technologies and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
