Résumé: : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معايير ممكنات النموذج الأوروبي ومدى تأثيره على تقييم أداء المنظمات الذي أصبح أمرا لا مفر منه خاصة في عالم تلوح فيه التحديات والتقلبات التي أصبحت السمة الغالبة على بيئة الأعمال اليوم. وتم اختيار كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير تبسة التي تختص بتطوير الكفاءات وخدمة البحث العلمي، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وعينة قدرت ب 55استاذ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان تطبيق معايير ممكنات النموذج الاوروبي محصورة ما بين 0%4 الى 60%. This study aimed to identify the standards of the European model's Enablers and its impact on assessing the performance of organizations, which has become inevitable, especially in a world where the challenges and fluctuations that have become the dominant feature of the business environment today become looming. The College of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences was chosen, Tebessa, which specializes in developing competencies and to serve scientific research, and a descriptive approach was used and a sample was estimated at 55 professors, and the study found that applying the Standards of The European Model's Enablers are limited to % 40 to 60%.
