دور المقارنة المرجعية في تقييم القدرة التنافسية لمعاهد التكوين الخاصة باستعمال القوى التنافسية الخمس لبورتر كأداة للتحليل

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم نموذج جديد في الربط بين الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة، حيث حاول الباحثان استخدام القوى التنافسية الخمس لبورتر في تحليل القدرات التنافسية لعينة من مؤسسات التكوين الخاصة بولاية الجلفة، ومن ثم تطبيق المقارنة بين القدرات التنافسية لتحديد الميزة التنافسية لكل مؤسسة مستهدفة، حيث قام الباحثان بتحليل استبيان مقدم لمدراء المؤسسات يتضمن أهم المتغيرات المتعلقة بإمكانيات المؤسسات المدروسة. وتوصل الباحثان في نهاية الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها يمكن لمستخدمي أسلوب المقارنة المرجعية التنافسية استخدام أسلوب القوى الخمس لبورتر في تحليل بيئة الصناعة التنافسية من أجل تحقيق هدف المقارنة بأكثر فعالية ممكنة. Abstract: This study aims to present a new model in linking modern administrative methods in which the researcher tried to use Porter's five competitive Forces in analyzing the competitive capabilities of the study sample represented in the training institutions in Djelfa city. And then analyzing the competitive capabilities and determining the competitive advantage of each institution under the study. The researcher tried to analyze a questionnaire which was submitted to corporate managers that includes the most important variables related to capabilities of the target institutions. At the end of the study, the researcher has reached a conclusion that users of the competitive benchmarking method can use Porter’s Five Forces method in analyzing the competitive industry environment in order to achieve the goal of comparison as effectively as possible.
