متطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ومعوقاتها

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم إطار عام لمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي،حيث نال هذا الموضوع نصيبا كبيرا من الاهتمام في العديد من القطاعات، وركزت هذه الدراسة على مفهوم ادارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ،وحصر متطلبات تطبيقها والوقوف على أهم المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيقها في هذا المجال. الكلمات المفتاحية: ادارة الجودة الشاملة ، مؤسسات التعليم العالي ،المتطلبات، المعوقات. Abstract: This study aimed to present a general framework for the concept of total quality management in higher education institutions, as this topic received a large share of attention in many sectors, and this study focused on the concept of total quality management in higher education institutions, limiting the requirements for its application and identifying the most important obstacles that Faced their application in this area.
