الخيار الإستراتجي للإستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة بالجزائر.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح مدى إهتمام الجزائر بالإستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة، حيث سعت لرسم برنامج وطني يمتد من 2011 إلى 2030 موجه لتطوير الطاقات المتجددة من أجل تنويع مصادر طاقتها والإحتفاظ بمخزون من الطاقة الأحفورية للأجيال القادمة من مبدأ التنمية المستدامة، لأن المخزون من الطاقة الناضبة قابل للنفاذ مقارنة باستخداماته المتنوعة وملوث للبيئة ومضر بصحة الإنسان، والجزائر بلد يركز بنسبة كبيرة على البترول في مداخيله، ولكن هذا الأخير له تأثيرات على البيئة والمجتمع وسعره متذبذب، وكل هذه الأسباب شجعت الجزائر على إيجاد مصادر للطاقة المتجددة بديلة للطاقات الأحفورية صديقة للبيئة، ونظيفة، ومتجددة بصفة تلقائية ودائمة (الطاقة الشمسية، طاقة الرياح...الخ). Abstract: this paper aims at clarifying the interest of Algeria in investing in renewable energies in which it sought to draw a national program from 2011 to 2030, which is oriented to develop renewable energies in order to vary the sources of energy and to keep stocks of fossil energy for the coming generation for sustainable development because the stocks of depleted energy is accessible comparing to its various uses. Besides, it is polluted to the environment and harmful to human health, Algeria focuses too much on oil in its revenues hut this latter has negative effects on the environment and society and its price is unstable. All these reasons have encouraged Algeria to find renewable alternative energies instaid of fossil fuels which are environmentally friendly, clean and renewable automatically and permanently such as solar energy, wind energy…etc.
