تأثير التنمية المستدامة للسياحة على سوق العمل في الجزائر

Résumé: يعد قطاع السياحة من أهم القطاعات في تنمية الإقتصاد الوطني، مما جعل الدول المتقدمة وحتى الدول النامية تراجع سياساتها الاقتصادية من أجل تبني مخطط طويل المدى لتنمية هذا القطاع والذي أصبح يسمى بصناعة السياحة نظرا للمكانة التي يحتلها في مجال الإستثمار. وتعد الجزائر من بين الدول التي أصبحت تعطي أولوية لهذا القطاع عن طريق ما يسمى بالتنمية المستدامة للسياحة من أجل تطوير السياحة الوطنية، نظرا لما توفره هذه التنمية من التقليل من البطالة بواسطة خلق فرص العمل بصفة دائمة وموسمية، وبالتالي التأثير على سوق العمل في الجزائر. Abstract The tourism sector is one of the most important sectors in the development of the national economy, which made the developed countries and even developing countries review their economic policies in order to adopt a long-term scheme for the development of this sector, which has become called the tourism industry due to the position it occupies in the field of investment Algeria is among the countries that have become a priority for this sector through the so-called sustainable development of tourism in order to develop national tourism, given the development this provides by reducing unemployment by creating permanent and seasonal job opportunities, and thus affecting the labor market in Algeria.
