Résumé: يعتبر الاتصال عنصرا مهما في حياة الناس و هو أحد الأساليب الأساسية للتعايش مع بني البشر وبدونه تقطع كل الروابط الإنسانية ،وفي هذا الصدد سيتم التركيز على معرفة العلاقة القائمة بين الاتصال التنظيمي و الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسات التربوية بصفة عامة، و مركز التكيّف المدرسي على رملي "أنموذجا" والتي نقف من خلالها على واقع الاتصالات التنظيمية في المؤسسات التربوية ،فالسؤال الذي يطرح نفسه في هذا المجال هو هل هناك علاقة بين الاتصال التنظيمي والأداء الوظيفي لدى الأساتذة ؟ humans, without which all human ties are broken. In this regard, emphasis will be placed on knowing the relationship between organizational communication and job performance in educational institutions in general and the school adaptation center ali ramli. As a model "through which we stand the reality of organizational communication in educational institutions, the question that arises in this field is is there a relationship between organizational communication and the job performance of teachers?
