Résumé: الملخص: يعتبر نظام الأمن الجماعي الدولي ضرورة تفرضها الرغبة في عدم تكرار أخطاء الاندفاع نحو الحروب، كوسيلة لحل النزاعات الدولية، وعلى هذا الاساس تم تبني نموذج جديد من خلال ميثاق الامم المتحدة، الذي جعل منه التزاما على عاتق الأعضاء، بهدف حفظ السلم والأمن الدولي، والوقوف في وجه العدوان مهما كان مصدره. يهدف هذا العمل إلى اظهار حقيقة هذا النظام، وآليات عمله ، وجوانب القصور فيه، ومختلف صعوبات تطبيقه، حيث توصلنا إلى أن لهذا النظام أهمية بالغة لضمان حياة مستقرة، في ظل التعايش السلمي الجماعي، كما توصلنا إلى أن معظم العقبات التي تعترضه مصدرها إما يتعلق بالدور الذي يلعبه مجلس الأمن الدولي، ومختلف الصراعات التي يشهدها، بالإضافة إلى ضعف الوعي الجماعي بأهميته لصالح البشرية، بسبب تغليب معيار المصلحة على القيم الانسانية في ميدان العلاقات الدولية، وهو أمر يجب تداركه من خلال إصلاح الأمم المتحدة، وخاصة مجلس الامن، مع توسيع دور الجمعية العامة في المسائل المتعلقة بالحفاظ على السلم والأمن الدولي. • Abstract: The international system of collective security is a necessity imposed by the will not to repeat the errors of the race to wars, as a solution to resolve international conflicts, and on this basis a new model has been adopted through the Charter of the United Nations, which has made it an obligation on the shoulders of the members, in order to maintain international peace and security, and to deal with aggression from whatever source. this work aims to show the reality of this system, its operating mechanisms, its shortcomings, and the various difficulties of its application. low collective awareness of its importance for the good of humanity, due to the primacy of the criterion of interest over human values in the field of public international relations in the maintenance of international peace and security .
