Résumé: إن المتعقب لنتائج المسابقات مؤخرا في عدة قطاعات من قطاعات الوظيف العمومي بالجزائر يلاحظ سيطرة العنصر النسوي على قواﺋم حتى في تخصصات بعيدة عن قدراتهن الجسدية كضباط في مصالح الغابات والاسلاك الأمنية...من هذا المنطلق ستكون هذه الدراسة بمثابة محاولة الكشف عن الأسباب والأبعاد التي جعلت من المرأة الجزائرية تغزو سوق العمل بقوة وتسيطر على أغلب مناصب الشغل في الآونة الأخيرة بالوظيف العمومي في ظل محيط اجتماعي رافض تماما لهذا الوضع الجديد وهو في حالة ذهول وتسأل مستمر عن حيثيات هذه الظاهرة سیتم عرض محتوى المادة العلمیة لهذه الدراسة من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية. ABSTRACT The tracker of the results of competitions recently in several sectors of the public sector in Algeria notes the dominance of the female element on lists, even in specialties far from their physical capabilities as officers in forest interests and security wires... From this point of view, this study will be an attempt to reveal the reasons and dimensions that made the Algerian women invade the labor market forcefully and dominate most of the job positions in the recent times in the public service in light of a social environment that is completely rejecting this new situation and is in a state of astonishment and is constantly asking about the merits of this phenomenon.
