Résumé: Our work consists of studying the biological activities of some medicinal plants by evaluation their antimicrobial, wound healing, burn, as well as their content of chemical groups and families. then we develop two different creams the first one based on the pure gel of aloe vera and the second one based on the hydroethanolic extract of aloe vera, we have chosen the following medicinal plant: aloe vera, Artemisia herba alba, moringa oleifera, brocchia cenirea. The first step of our work involves conducting methanolic, aqueous n hydroethanolic extractions from the leaves of the following plants: moringa oleifera, Artemisia herba alba, brocchia cenirea. additionally, we performed an extraction of essential oils from the plants brocchia cenirea, Artemisia herbalba. The second part involves conducting a phytochemical study, we have discovered the presence of these four plants containing those compounds (flavonoids, anthocyans, quinons, mucilages, tannins, glucosids, alkaloids) by using chemical substances and the results was determined through a change in the color of the plant, each of the four plants showed a different result. The third part concerns the evaluation of the animicrobial and antifungal activity of all methanolic and aqueous and hyroethanolic extracts, as wellas the essential oils of two plants (Brocchia cenirea ‚Artemisia herba alba). then the determination of the irminimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was carried out. we observed different results, some extracts exhibited strong activity while others showedweak activity. additionally, the essential oils of (brocchia cenirea, artemisia herba alba) exhibited strong activity which was confimed by the results obtained through the agar diffusion method. The fourth part we focused on formulating two creams specifically forthe treatment of burns and wound scars based on aloe vera plant that is known for its therapeutic benefits. Finally, the application of the first cream based on hydroethanolic extract of aloe vera plant which we developed reduced the burn area by 95% in rabbits, additionally the second cream formulated with the pure gel of aloe vera, we observed completely healing of the wound scar area in rabbits reducing it by 100% in 12 days. In conclusion, this study supports the use of these medicinal plants in the fiels of phytotherapy
