الرهانات الطاقوية للتنافس الأمريكي- الروسي في منطقة بحر قزوين

Résumé: ملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة، البحث في دور الرهانات الطاقوية في تفعيل ديناميات التنافس الأمريكي-الروسي في منطقة بحر قزوين، التي تحولت بحكم أهميتها البالغة على الصعيد الطاقوي، إلى ساحة للتنافس الدولي و إلى موضوع وهدف للمباراة الكبرى الجديدة بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وروسيا، للسيطرة ليس فقط على مصادر الطاقة، وإنما أيضا على خطوط نقلها إلى الأسواق العالمية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الطاقة هي ليست مورد اقتصادي فحسب، ولكنها أيضا أداة هامة في إدارة الصراع الجيوسياسي على الهيمنة العالمية، ذلك أنه من يتحكم في مصادر الطاقة يتحكم في التوازنات الجيواقتصادية الدولية ومن ثم يكتسب ميزة إستراتيجية للسيطرة على العالم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطاقة؛ التنافس الدولي؛ الجيوسياسة؛ بحر قزوين؛ الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية؛ روسيا. Abstract: This study attempts to analyze the role of energy bets in the US-Russian competition in the Caspian Sea region, which, due to its great importance on the energy level, has turned into an arena for international competition and into a topic and goal for the new great game between the United States of America and Russia, to control not only the sources of energy, But also on the pipelines to be transported to the world market. The study concluded that energy is not only an economic resource, but it is also an important tool in managing the geopolitical struggle for global hegemony, because whoever controls energy sources controls international geo-economic balances and then controls the world. key words: Energy; International rivalry; Geopolitics; Caspian sea; United States of America; Russia.
