خطر الهجرة غير الشرعية على العالم الأوروبي والعربي: دراسة وصفية للعوامل والآثار

Résumé: عرفت الهجرة غير الشرعية خلال السنوات الأخيرة انتشارا واسعا وشغلت الرأي العام العالمي، إذ أصبحت تشكل خطرا على معظم دول العالم المتقدمة منها ودول العالم الثالث العربية منها والإفريقية، وهذا لما تشهده هذه الظاهرة لقوارب الحرقة وزيادة أعداد المهاجرين غير الشرعيين. فالهجرة غير الشرعية هي تعبير عن مشاكل عالمية وهروب من ظروف مجتمعية اقتصادية أو اجتماعية أو سياسية وأمنية ...الخ والتي قد تكون مرتبطة بالدول المستقبلة وجاذبة للمهاجرين أو مرتبطة بالدول الطاردة، حيت تدفع المهاجرين إلى تعريض حياتهم للخطر والمغامرة، فهذه الظاهرة ارتبطت بدوافع عديدة ومختلفة حسب ظروف ومناخ الدولة التي ينتمي لها المهاجرين، إضافة إلى تلك الآثار التي خلفتها على كل الأصعدة منها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والأمنية وحتى على المهاجرين غير الشرعيين وعلى أسرهم. من خلال هذا المقال سوف نعالج ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية وتطورها في العالم الأوروبي والعربي والكشف عن العوامل الطاردة والجاذبة للهجرة غير الشرعية والمخاطر أو الآثار المترتبة عن هذه الظاهرة اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وسياسيا وأمنيا...الخ.
