دراسة تحليلية لآليات تمويلية ناجحة للمؤسسات الناشئة في دول مختارة
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة لبناء أساس نظري و تحليلي لأهم الآليات التمويلية للمؤسسات الناشئة التي استطاعت خلق سوق خاص بها، و هذا من خلال استعراض سوق الاستثمار الملائكي، سوق رأس المال المغامر، و التمويل البنكي كآليات ناجحة في دول مختارة. وتوصلت الدراسة لتفوق الاستثمار الملائكي عن باقي آليات التمويل الأخرى في فرنسا، كما بقيت الهيمنة للولايات المتحدة على سوق رأس المال المغامر، في حين أثبت التمويل البنكي في المملكة السعودية جدارته في دعم المشاريع الناشئة. The study aims to build a theoretical and analytical basis for the most important financing mechanisms for emerging institutions that were able to create their own market, by reviewing the angel investment market, the venture capital market, and bank financing as successful mechanisms in selected countries. The study concluded that angel investment is superior to other financing mechanisms in France, and the US dominance over the venture capital market has remained, while bank financing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has proven its worth in supporting emerging projects.
